Connected Pet Project at Leading Pet Retailer
iMiDiA was engaged to create an enhanced customer experience for customers, and to allow this leading retailer to connect pets to their owners, vets, and groomers, across all of their brands and joint ventures. Increased trust in data and customer experience drove increases in customer satisfaction and revenue.
To enable these business outcomes, iMiDiA built an end to end data management platform. This included upfront data engineering – data profiling, automated data preparation, design and build of reliable data pipelines including an API gateway build . iMiDiA also implemented an MDM cloud-based solution. The iMiDiA team configured match/merge and survivorship rules, and implemented personalized, highly flexible customer preferences.
